Countdown to Wonderland 2









It is with a heavy heart that we have had to announce the postponement of Wonderland 2

We find ourselves in unprecedented times like many others currently, this is not a decision that we have come to lightly, having spoken to our insurers there is no cover in place for the cancellation of events due to the Corona Virus – therefore leaving many like ourselves in a very precarious position – Following an announcement from the government and discussions with our local safety advisory group which consists of environmental health, police and fire there is no support offered for events at all currently. Our Venue are in full support of our decision as are all the above parties.

Under the current terms and conditions of our tickets they are bought as non refundable and non transferable – we are offering those who have purchased tickets the re scheduled date which will be 2nd to the 5th April 2021 – your tickets will be totally transferable to the new date – you can find our tickets terms of service under our refunds policy, please scroll down past the Merchandise terms to view these.

Whilst we understand this is not the news some of wish to hear we find ourselves in a situation where if we / you want our shows to survive this we must pull together. 

We will be constantly reviewing this situation and will keep you informed of any changes – we are allowing ticket holders to sell their tickets if they cannot make the new date, but again this is something we are reviewing, please be thoughtful and kind to each other and other organisers in the same position.

We are currently talking to all the bands booked and thus far all are moving with us, same for services and trade so it will be exactly the same show you have paid for a year ahead, the loss to the show industry is huge, deposits lost with no way to recover as there is no insurance in play for anyone – we are grateful to be working with some fantastic bands and services to carry us forward into 2021

Here we go again 

If you joined us last year, you will know we don’t do things by half measures, this show will be all you’d expect and more, we have an amazing show being put together, you can expect a huge bands line up including a superstar special guest or possibly 2, big screens, big tops, kids entertainers, fair ground, traders and a full on themed setting, so get your fancy dress ready for the weekend, its going to be a blast as wonderland 2 becomes The land of OZ.

Camping for Wonderland in 2020 opens at 4pm on the Thursday afternoon with access to the event from 12 noon Friday

Gates will close at 8pm for entrance into the event


Can I bring my dog – YES absolutely, we are a dog friendly event, please keep on leads in the arena.

Can I have a fire pit or BBQ – YES, fire-pits and charcoal BBQS are allowed as long as they are a sensible height off the ground. 

Can I save a pitch for my friends – NO pitches are being saved, if you wish to camp together please arrive together,  this does not apply to club as these are reserved areas.

VIP do I need to book a pitch – No it is in with your price and includes Thursday and Sunday night – you just need to state that you require a pitch so we can track it to accommodate your unit

Can I bring my Caravan/ Tent / Non VW – YES you can camp in what ever you wish, please ensure you have booked the motorhome / caravan pitch space which is larger if you have a caravan or motorhome.

Is there electric hook up – No, these are park grounds.

Can I buy additional wrist bands on the gate – YES you can.

Can I bring a generator – YES , you must have your own means to extinguish it near your unit, fire Marshalls are present.

Can I choose my pitch in general or family camping – NO, campers will be parked by staff in a safe way as directed to us by the fire service for your safety and the safety of the event.

Can I buy a day ticket – YES , these are available at the gate.

Can I buy a camping ticket at the gate – Only if the show is not sold out

I have booked a weekend pass but no pitch, can I camp – NO pitch booked, no camping as they are allocated, you can pay on entry if you have overlooked booked pitch space

I have booked general/ family, can I move to club – NO you will need to rebook your pitch under the correct category

I can’t arrive before 8pm, can I get into the event if I arrive late – NO you will not be able to get into the camping area until the following morning from 10am, but you can get your wristbands and gain entry into the arena up till 9pm.

Can I bring my own alcohol – YES but no glass is allowed in the arena

Will there be showers – YES there will be showers provided by showers on the run they charge £3 for a nice hot shower
